Review/approve previous minutes
Michael made a motion to approve the previous minutes
James seconded the motion
All voted yes; the previous minutes were approved
Athletic Director Report
Sent preliminary schedule out
Treasury Report
Concession stand app may not be better than what we already use (Square)
Secretary Report
We will have JH/HS uniforms available for players moving up and new players to try on Friday, June 13 at 6pm (along with the letter jacket fitting).
Old Business
Parent Handbook
We will complete this online after it is sent out as a google doc that we can edit/add comments.
Practice schedule for next year
Billy will talk with Amy, Murel, and Erin to see if there can be any changes made in schedule.
Letter jacket update (date for measurements)
Friday, June 13 at 6pm at Erin’s office. Susie will send out an email to everyone with this info.
Jarman update
Investor/developer got his offer approved and is in contract with Mid-Del. Long period for due diligence.
New Business
Summer updates
33 signed up for the CCS summer league.
Camp t-shirts
Will use same design in a different color from Tim at Rainbow Creation. First order will be placed May 30th.
PayPal option processing fees
James made a motion to exclusively use Teamsnap (credit card) or check as payment for player fees, uniforms, etc., and Craig seconded the motion. (Credit card fees will be passed on to the player.)
All voted yes; the motion carried.
James made a motion to use Square for concessions and gate fees
Craig seconded the motion.
All voted yes; the motion carried.
Date for player evaluations
August 23 (Susie will confirm with Janet.)
Parent/Player Meeting Tuesday, September 9 (Susie will check with church to confirm Sanctuary. Will have to pay a fee.)
Board Ministry Safe/background checks
Committee members will be expected to participate in this, along with coaches/helpers.
