  • Due Diligence: 120 days (60 days)

  • Earnest Money: $20,000 (Took out #5 – financing contingency.)

  • Closing Period: 60 days (30 days)

  • Michael made a motion to approve the LoI below; James seconded the motion. Michael,

  • James, Billy, and Susie voted yes; the motion carried.
