New Business

• Gym Floor

  • OKC Knights will be paying around $14,000 to have the gym floor at FBC MWC sanded down and redone (new lines, etc.) The gym will be closed from December 9-27.

• An LoI was presented for the Jarman facility that is back on the market.

  • Purchase Price: $825,000

  • Due Diligence: 120 days

  • Earnest Money: $20,000

  • Closing Period: 60 days

  • Michael made a motion to approve the LoI; James seconded the motion. Michael, James,

  • Billy, Erin, Susie, and Kelly voted yes; the motion carried.
