Review/approve previous minutes
Susie made a motion to approve the previous minutes;
Michael seconded the motion.
All voted yes; the motion passed.
Athletic Director Report
Next year’s schedule is close to finished (same tournaments). Discussed the possibility of playing the Wichita Defenders on same weekend we play the Wichita Warriors.
Treasury Report
We currently have $53,000 in our account (insurance has been paid but we are still waiting on a couple of corrected items to pay the second half of the uniforms). We made around $350 on spirit wear from the beginning of the season. The new Nationals spirit wear profited about $588.
Secretary Report
Insurance has been renewed with updated athlete numbers.
Kelly made mention that we had only voted on implementing Ministry Safe for basketball this season but discussed implementing it for all sports.
Susie made a motion to implement Ministry Safe for all sports (coaches/anyone who helps at practices).
James seconded the motion.
All voted yes; the motion carried.

Volunteers for book/clock for Regionals/Nationals
Craig/Erin will make a Regionals chat for all families going to Regionals; we can add all team games/addresses. People can sign up for the task of book and clock for each game in TeamSnap. Erin will bring an extra iPad for Regionals and Nationals
Team meal updates for Nationals
No all-team meals; the conference room will still be available for fellowship and individual team meals. Susie will include this in the email.
Nationals hotel for 2026
Susie will book Springhill Suites and Home2Suites.
Discussion on coaches for 2025-2026/summer schedule/practice schedule
Coaching positions will not be decided until 2 weeks after Nationals. We will send surveys out to families to get feedback before we vote on coaches after Nationals.
