Review/approve previous minutes
Susie moved to approve minutes. James seconded the motion. The motion passed, and the minutes were approved.
Athletic Director Report
Aztec may want to add a game. (possibly February)
Destiny League for 10u/12u: 10-12 games (Tentative start date Nov. 9th)
Court of Dreams (Thursday, October 30th) Zane & Taylor reffing
12:45pm – start lining up (1-4pm is our allotted time)
Chairman Report
Alumni Game (moved to former Church of the Harvest) Originally charged $360 but actually charged us $180 for the inconvenience of having issues.
Treasury Report
Updates on the following: Registration, Thunder Court of Dreams, Organizational Fees ($30 per athlete for insurance), Spirit wear, and MinistrySafe
Secretary Report
Take old scrimmage jerseys/old uniforms to the Alumni Game to sell (Update 11/4/24: Gave them to coaches who needed practice jerseys.)
NCHBC Exemption Guidelines (needing coach approval before submitting) Where are we going to list this information? (No decision made.)
Chain of Command
Coaches/Board members chat (to be able to get coaches information and then coaches send it out)

Archive seasons when the season is over.
TeamSnap Access/Weekly Email
Send info. to Susie by Friday for her to send the weekly email out Sunday evening.
Make a coaches/board chat. Coaches get info. and send out to their teams.
Volunteer Tracking
Load all games on google calendar, and it will be on the website.
James will check on Potluck vs. Signup Genius for signing up for volunteers.
New Business
Music guidelines
The board agrees that the Knights not play lyrics with cuss words, sexual references, or racial slurs.
Pep rally date (secure with church) Friday, March 7th 6-9pm Susie will check with church.
How other sports are handled within the organization
It was suggested to have a Board over the entire organization to set policies and procedures for the entire organization. (Financials, hiring/management of coaches, logo throughout the organization, etc., and then have AD/committees for each sport for smaller issues like music, scheduling pep rally, fundraising, etc.)
